1. The mainframe of the production line adopts Two-stage Packing Auger as the Power Take-off to feed dough and filling.
2. Stuff feeding is well-distributed for using the press roll. Vane pump feeds stuff to make the measure accurate. The shaping cutter moves up and down. Meanwhile the pallet does relative motion to guarantee the products are not deformed because of gravity.
3. The end products do stepper motion and the speed can be regulated; So it is convenient for manual sorting and matching the following products froming.
4. The speed can be infinitely variable controlled and have memorized function.
5. It is easy to operate and learn. Moon Cake Shaper and Automatic Baking Product Arranged Machine adopts pneumatic motor, stepper motor, photo-eletric detection, PLC control.
6. It is high automatic. The complete appliance adopts PLC Controller, Taiwan Touch Screen and other world famous electrical elements to make sure the equipment works stably.
