The production line is applied to produce Long Bread, French Bread, Toast, Filled Bread.
1. After being pressed by two set of pressing dough roller and rolling dough device, flour piece becomes glossing and stable.
2. Every pressing dough roller is controlled by thickness regulation device to add the products' thickness or reduce products' weight. While flour pieces pass through pressing dough roller and rolling dough device, its speed is controlled by eletric eyes for sake of the transport speed of mainframe being too fast to lead the flour pieces broken or block for too slow speed.
2. After flour pieces pass through the last set of pressing dough roller, it will fall down the conveyer of mainframe. Then flour pieces pass through roller and anxiliary roller and be made slip shaper.
4. If massive products are needed, just need to turn on the power of separated cutting bench and set up cutting longth to regulate the dimension and weight of end product we needed.
5. The production line possesses synchronization regulator and is easy to operate.
